Peter and Jane Clark began to plant their 13 hectare estate in the Upper Awatare Vally in the Southeast corner of Marlborough which is at the North end of the South Island in new Zealand. Fast forward to present day, they have been succeeded by their son Simon who handles vineyard management and winemaking and their daughter Sarah who heads up the business side of things; the very epitome of a Family business.

Food Pairings:This is a cool climate and lightly oaked style of Chardonnay which would be great with pasta in a cream or olive oil based sauce. Great with shellfish, white fleshed fish or grilled or roasted bird.
